Regarding new episodes: New episodes are generally not available online the same day they are shown on TV. Sometimes they appear suddenly but there doesn't seem to be as many shown at one time, as regular tv. Most websites will use Flash or Windows Media Player, or Real Player to stream the shows, so you may have to download a small program to watch your show. Some websites, you just have to take a look around to find what you want. On some websites you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to choose the series you want to watch and then the episode.
